Real files, smart placement

Every paste becomes a real PNG in your project folder, lands in your chosen bin, and drops onto the timeline track you pick.

Step 3 — Paste

One click, it’s on the timeline

Works the other way too — copy the frame under your playhead out to the clipboard for client notes and thumbnails.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about Copy & Paste

What file formats does it create?+
PNG by default for screenshots and clipboard images. The pasted file is preserved at original quality with no recompression.
Where do the files get saved?+
A configurable subfolder inside your project directory. Default is `<project>/Clipboard Pastes/` so the assets travel with your project.
Does it work on both Mac and Windows?+
Yes. Identical behavior on both platforms.
Will it slow Premiere down with hundreds of pastes?+
No. Each paste is a single file write and a project bin import — same cost as a manual import.
Can I paste videos or audio?+
Currently images only. Video and audio paste is on the roadmap.
