KreateFlo collects minimal data necessary to operate the service:

  • License Data: License key, device fingerprint (hashed hardware ID), activation timestamps.
  • Analytics (Opt-in): Anonymous feature usage events (e.g., which tools are used). No personal content, audio, or video data is ever collected. You can opt out in Settings.
  • Contact Information: Email and name if you contact us or subscribe to our newsletter.

2. How We Use Your Data

  • License activation and validation
  • Improving the plugin based on anonymous usage patterns
  • Responding to support requests
  • Sending product updates (if subscribed)

3. Third-Party Services

KreateFlo uses these services that process data on our behalf:

  • Supabase: License management and analytics storage
  • Netlify: Website hosting and API proxying
  • Google Gemini: AI transcription and content analysis (audio data processed temporarily, not stored)
  • Deepgram: Cloud transcription (audio processed temporarily)

4. Local Processing

Whisper AI transcription runs entirely on your local machine. No audio data is sent to any server when using local transcription mode.

5. Data Retention

License data is retained as long as your account is active. Analytics data is retained for 12 months. You can request data deletion at any time by contacting us.

6. Your Rights

You can opt out of analytics in the plugin's Settings page. You can request data export or deletion by emailing us at support@kreateflo.com.
