1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using KreateFlo ("the Plugin"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Plugin.

2. License Grant

KreateFlo grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Plugin in accordance with these terms:

  • Free Plan: Limited feature set for personal and commercial use.
  • Pro Plan: Full feature access. One license per user. May be activated on up to 2 devices simultaneously.

3. Prohibited Uses

  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Plugin
  • Modifying, redistributing, or reselling the Plugin
  • Sharing license keys with others
  • Circumventing license protection or feature restrictions
  • Using the Plugin for any illegal purposes

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Pro Plan subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds may be considered within 7 days of purchase if no significant usage has occurred.

5. Intellectual Property

The Plugin, including all code, graphics, design, and documentation, is owned by KreateFlo. All rights not explicitly granted are reserved.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Plugin is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Plugin will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all hardware or software configurations.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall KreateFlo be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business interruption, arising from use of the Plugin.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the Plugin and delete all copies.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Plugin after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
