Yes. Any transition that shows up in your Premiere Effects panel — including paid packs from Motion Array, RocketStock, or your own .prfpset files — is searchable and applicable.
Can I apply transitions only between matching clips?+
Yes. Use the "matching adjacent" rule to apply transitions only where two clips meet, skipping gaps and clip starts/ends touching empty timeline.
Will it overwrite existing transitions?+
